- 1.5 kg de Corte Gold de Brisket de Carnes San Martín
- 1/4 taza de salsa inglesa
- Sal, pimienta, sal de cebolla, ajo en polvo y sal de apio al gusto
Preparation
Meat Preparation:
- Clean the brisket and marinate with Worcestershire saucLet rest for 24 hours in a covered container.
- After marinating, mix the seasonings and coat the entire meat.
Baking Instructions:
- Bake the brisket for 3.5 hours at 200°C.
- Wrap in baking paper and bake at 150°C for another 3.5 hours.
- Let rest for 1 hour before serving.
- Shred to serve in sandwiches with pickles if desired.
