- 500 g Gold Cut Skirt Steak (Arrachera) from Carnes San Martín
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chimichurri sauce
Preparation
- Season the skirt steak with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until the desired doneness is reached.
- Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Serve with chimichurri sauce and grilled vegetables.
