- 500 g Gold Cut Ground Beef 75-25 from Carnes San Martín
- Coarse salt to taste
- Teriyaki or barbecue sauce
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
- Form meatballs with the ground beef.
- Add coarse salt to taste.
- Grill on both sides until cooked to the desired doneness.
- Brush with teriyaki or barbecue sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
