- 500 g Gold Cut Flank Steak from Carnes San Martín
- 1 green bell pepper and 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 corn or flour tortillas
Preparation
- Season the Flank Steak with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill the steak and bell peppers on a hot grill, cooking the meat to the desired doneness on each side.
- Remove from the grill and cut both the meat and vegetables into long strips.
- Serve the fajitas with tortillas, pico de gallo, and the sliced vegetables.
